Your attendance at a DOCNA, LLC event constitutes your awareness and acceptance of the terms of this policy which is publically available at http://www.docna.com/Photography.aspx.

DOCNA EVENT Visitor, Vendor, and Press Image and Audio Media Policy

I UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT NO USE OF IMAGES, FILM, VIDEO OR AUDIO OBTAINED AT A DOCNA, LLC EVENT MAY BE MADE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM DOCNA, LLC OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES, OTHER THAN FOR PERSONAL USE. DOCNA, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or withdraw permission to photograph, film, video, or record at its Events or to reproduce photographs, videos, other film media, or audio obtained at its Events. I understand that I have no rights to make any non-personal use of any image, film, or video footage obtained at a DOCNA Event, and that I cannot sell, transfer, or give the footage or completed film, video, or audio track to any other party, except for personal use, and I agree to inform anyone to whom I give any footage, film, video, or audio track that it can only be used for personal use.

I acknowledge that the DOCNA, LLC name and logo are the property of the DOCNA, LLC organization, and I understand that the DOCNA, LLC organization controls all rights regarding the licensing and reproduction of any imagery recorded at any DOCNA, LLC Event. I agree that I will not use the mark or logo of DOCNA, LLC or likeness of DOCNA on any website or in any commercial manner without express written permission from DOCNA, LLC.

All Filming and Photography must be conducted without disruption to the DOCNA Event, Event operations, facility operations, or any Event competitor(s) and their dog(s). Any disruption may result in dismissal from the current DOCNA, LLC Event and/or future DOCNA, LLC Events by DOCNA, LLC or its representatives.

DOCNA may charge an Event Fee for the use of any DOCNA event as a setting for projects unrelated to the Event that are not considered personal snapshots or editorial coverage by the press. Event Fees may vary with respect to the individual project or individual Event details.

Subject to prior approval, members of the press may photograph or film at DOCNA, LLC Events or the purpose of news coverage that includes the sport of dog agility as the subject. All members of the press must contact DOCNA, LLC at info@docna.com prior to arrival at a DOCNA, LLC Event.

DOCNA, LLC reserves the right to approve final content of any media creation where anything relating to a DOCNA Event will appear, either by name or by visual or by audio representation.

With respect to any photographs, videos, film, or audio taken at a DOCNA, LLC Event, DOCNA, LLC makes no representations or warranties concerning the subject matter of such media. To the extent that such media incorporates the likenesses of individuals or depicts copyrighted materials, the photographer or videographer shall have the sole responsibility for obtaining any necessary releases or consents to use such likenesses or materials.

DOCNA EVENT Competitor Image and Audio Media Policy

As a competitor at a DOCNA, LLC Event, I hereby grant to Dogs on Course in North America, LLC, and its representatives, all rights and full permission to use or appropriate my and/or my dog(s) name, information, likeness, photograph, voice, or other indication of identity for broadcast or distribution in any known or future available format or media. I hereby release DOCNA, LLC and its representatives from any claim or cause of action for invasion of privacy rights, personality rights, or any similar right.
