Information that we collect
When you register as a DOCNA Member, we collect the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Website username
- Website password
When you register your dogs to obtain a registration number, we collect the following information:
- Dog’s call name and registered name
- Dog’s breed, birthday, gender, and wither height
- Dog’s assigned DOCNA registration number
When you compete in a DOCNA sanctioned agility trial, we collect the following trial data
for each qualifying run from the Event Club:
- Event date, Event Club name and ID, Event Judge and ID
- Dog’s DOCNA number, call name, and Jump height
- Event Abbreviation, Standard Course time and distance,
dog’s run time and score (where applicable), dog’s placement
- For the Trigility event, the dog’s team member names
What we do with the information we gather?
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better
service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal recordkeeping.
- Certificate printing and distribution.
- Error and problem resolution.
- We may periodically send you informational email about
new trials in your area, special offers or other information which we think
you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
- From time to time, we may also use your information to
contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone,
fax or mail.
- Publically published Agility achievement reports and awards
